Customer and destination responsibility

Order creation
An order is created when checkout is completed successfully and an Order ID is issued.
The Order ID and order page are the reference for all correspondence about that order.
Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation.
Pricing and payment
All product and shipping prices are displayed and calculated in EUR.
The EUR total is converted to the payable USDT amount at checkout and fixed for that order.
The payable amount is valid for 24 hours. Payments made after that period may require review or updated payment instructions.

Discount codes

Payment errors

Cancellation and refunds

If a refund is required, we contact you using the email address held for the Order ID, and you confirm a TRC20 refund address. Applicable network fees may be deducted where permitted by law.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders
If a parcel arrives damaged, contains the wrong items, or does not arrive, contact support with your Order ID.
Where possible, include photographs of the parcel and its contents, and the tracking status.
We will review the case and agree the next step with you.
Liability
Products are supplied for lawful laboratory research use, and the customer accepts responsibility for that use.
No dosing, administration or medical advice is provided with any product.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
